We at Redeemer Presbyterian think of ourselves as being a “church for the rest of us”.  We are a community of believers - a community of faith - within the larger community of Lakeland.  Our desire is to be a safe place of welcoming and open people who recognize and readily admit our own shortcomings and inconsistencies.  We often refer to ourselves as “a ship of fools” or “the island of misfit toys”.  We are a family of broken people made acceptable by the love of Jesus.  We wrestle with the same secrets sins that are common to all people – and endeavor not to mask those secrets with hollow religious posing.   For more information visit our website at www.redeemerlakeland.org.
